Balanced Body Integrated Wellness is pleased to announce the launch of our new hot yoga program. We will be offering a popular hot yoga based on the Baron Baptiste Vinyasa Tradition starting on Monday, May 4, 2009. This style of hot yoga is becoming one of the fastest growing forms of Yoga in the World because of its accessibility to students of all levels. Power vinyasa is a flowing, dynamic form of yoga. Postures are linked together by breath connected movements that create a purifying heat, detoxifying the body and nourishing the internal organs. Classes last for 60 minutes in a room heated to 95 degrees. The combination of heat and movement produces extraordinary results which is guaranteed to tone, lengthen, strengthen and improve flexibility.
